Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Joining and the Free plan are free, forever: profile, one area and up to 3 requests a month. Pro costs €6 a month VAT included (€60 a year) and removes the limits; for agencies Agency Suite costs €40 a month + VAT (€400 a year), or the single modules. The first month of Pro and Agency Suite is free, with no card. The talent network to find work with agencies is free for every entertainer. We take no commission on parties. Why no identity document?
A confirmed business email is enough to join. If you want the “Profile checked” label, our team will contact you to check your contacts and profile information.
Do I need a VAT number?
Independent entertainers do not need one to join. Agencies and centres do, when they join. Billing details are asked when you add a payment method.
Who sees my contacts?
Families see your phone and email only after you confirm their request.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in two clicks from the dashboard. If you cancel during the free month you pay nothing; after that, you stay active until the end of the period already paid and then go back to Free.
