Yuppi is a platform that connects families, companies and organisers with professional entertainers. The contract for the entertainment service is between you and the entertainer.

For people booking

  • A booking request is not binding until the entertainer confirms it.
  • Prices shown include VAT and travel within the stated distance.
  • Cancellation terms are the ones shown on the service page.

For entertainers

  • The Free plan costs nothing, with the limits shown on the Prices page (including a maximum number of requests a month). Pro, Agency Suite and the single modules for agencies are monthly or yearly subscriptions. The first month of Pro and Agency Suite is free with no card: without a payment method, at the end of the month you go back to Free. We take no commission on parties.
  • “Unlimited requests” applies within fair use: we may limit accounts used to harvest contacts or in an abusive way.
  • When you move to a cheaper monthly combination after at least 16 days, the current month is due in full; otherwise you pay only the days used. The yearly plan is paid in advance: changes and going back to Free start when it ends.
  • The launch (Founder) price stays locked for 12 months from the first payment for the region’s first customers, as long as the subscription stays active.
  • The talent network puts entertainers and agencies in touch: Yuppi is not a party to their agreements and is not responsible for their contracts. An entertainer’s contacts are shared only if they accept; agencies have a monthly number of contacts (fair use) and may be limited after reports.
  • The entertainer is responsible for the published information and the services offered.
  • Paid boosts are optional, not included in subscriptions, sold only in areas with enough traffic and always shown to users as “Sponsored”. They buy visibility, not a guaranteed number of requests. Credits are not refundable or convertible into money.
  • The online deposit is optional: the entertainer collects it through the payment provider, which applies its fees; Yuppi adds no commission. The balance is settled directly.
